I was working for Kleeneze about 5 years ago delivering catalogues and collecting orders.  I was doing very well but had to stop because of bad health and due to my husband being terminally ill.  When he passed away in August 2016 I needed something to keep me going and then heard that with  Kleeneze you are now able to work from home online covering the UK and Northern Ireland and it is proving to be a huge success so I am back with them and loving every minute of it.

I am sure you have heard of LinkedIn and it is a great way of connecting with other marketers, entrepreneurs and professionals.

There are many people on LinkedIn who are in the earning bracket of $100,000 per year and more.  By socialising with these people you are going to get a better education on the rules and know how’s of marketing.

So by creating a group on LinkedIn you have a greater opportunity of connecting with other like minded people and below are the reasons why …

 1.      Establish Yourself As A Thought Leader

The initial thing that starting your own LinkedIn Group does is establish you as the leader! That in itself is a power benefit. You control the action in your group. You control the discussions, membership to your group, and the flow of information. LinkedIn members will join your group to connect with you and others who think like them. By placing yourself in the position of authority, you are practicing Attraction Marketing in its best form. Asking a thought-provoking question is a great way to get that started!

2.      Personal Network Expansion

Normally on LinkedIn, for you to connect to with other members, you have to be a friend or colleague, or have some sort of established relationship with that member. When members voluntarily join a group, your network automatically expands. People will voluntarily join your group. You can establish a direct connection with others in the group without having to supply ‘proof’ of relationship, which for LinkedIn is either being colleagues or knowing a personal email address. Better still, they will want to connect directly with you, because YOU are the authority figure!

3.      Generate Better Quality Leads

As stated before, the average income on LinkedIn is $100,000 per year. The members of LinkedIn  are Executives, Senior Level Managers, and Corporate CEOs. These are the type of people that created networking to start with. What makes them better quality leads? They already know about business. Most network marketers try to sponsor people that have no experience in business. More than likely, the leads you generate on LinkedIn already know about business and have the proper mindset to be successful. If all you have are big fish in a little pond, you’re bound to catch something!

4.      Drive Traffic To Your Blog

Now, this is a hidden gem that most people don’t even think about. You can drive traffic to your blog through a LinkedIn group in a few different ways.Add your URL to the Welcome message in the group

  • You can send valuable, niche-related content by mass email that includes your URL
  • Create a discussion and include your URL
  • Therefore, because the recipients are in your LinkedIn group, they are more receptive to your communications, and it’s really not spamming.

5.      Create a community 

This is another powerful benefit of creating a group on LinkedIn. Everybody has a need to belong to something. When you create a group on LinkedIn, you are connecting like-minded individuals. What does that mean? It means, you’re providing a place for people to hang out with people who ‘get’ them. That is priceless! Leaders who create groups will see a payoff at some point. It might not be instant, but it WILL pay off.

How to Convert Prospects to Customers

 I am sure you have come across those prospects who just flatly refuse to believe in what you have to tell them and they want to contradict everything you say.  Well here is something that might get them to see your side of things and agree with your point of view.

Don’t Keep on Pushing Them or You Will Push Them Away !

You need to learn very early on in network marketing how to answer objections …

Only one problem …..  even the right, accurate answer still may not always get you what you want but you have at least tried.

Some people think that network marketing is a pyramid scam, or only the people at the top seem to be earning the money – some think that MLM’s are illegal businesses or only people who already have big networks in place can get rich.  By just simply telling them the opposite thing may not work at all and you have have won the argument but you are likely to lose the customer.

Do you like to be wrong?  No of course you don’t and nobody likes to be proven wrong so when you push, they are going to push evenharder back at you and the harder you push to try and change their minds the harder they are going to try to entrench themselves in their opinion.  They are more than likely going to say “I know that I am right because I have met people who have lost a lot of money doing this MLM work” !!

Now if they believe they are right and you can’t get them to change their mind, are you going to just give up?  No you are not.  You can use the power of appreciation to get them to see your point of view …..

Listen to What They Have to Say

One of the first steps in appreciation is to find out where your prospect is coming from and listen to their side of the story.  Stop making statements and just ask them more questions. The questions don’t even have to be work related.   Find out a bit more about your prospect and about their family if they are prepared to talk about them.

Now they are probably going to say to you that your business is just a pyramid scam.  So then you can ask them “what do you mean by a pyramid scam and why do you say that my business is a pyramid scam”?

 

Don’t be defensive when you ask them these questions.  You want them to understand that you are curious as to why they think like that.  You need to sincerely understand their side of the story by saying things like “How do you mean?” or “Help me to understand what you mean”.  Or maybe ask them “What makes you say that?”  – all these questions are meant to probe your prospects emotions.  By doing this they are likely to start relaxing and putting their guard down ….

 

When you ask someone to clarify their statement, they sometimes may see by their own admission that their opinion was unfounded or inaccurate – for example they may that it is shaped like a pyramid so they thought it was a pyramid scheme – then is you are lucky they might even decide to correct themselves all on their own without your help !! 

If this doesn’t happen you are at least a step closer to an agreement.

Always, Always Appreciate their Point of View

The key trigger here for this kind of approach requires as much sincerity as when you were listening – so simply acknowledge their point of view.  This isn’t to say that you agree with them !  It just means you see their side of it even if you don’t share it.  So spoken truthfully by saying “I understand how you feel” is a very powerful statement.  It means that you have understood them and that their side made sense.  By doing this, people will feel that you have respected their opinion and that in return invites them to respect yours.

You could go a step further by saying that if you were in their shoes, you would probably feel the same way.  You could say “I do understand how you feel.  You spent $1,000 into an MLM and you didn’t manage to make your money back.  To lose that sort of money in any business is rough and if it happened to me I would probably feel the same way and would not give network marketing another chance”

Once again, let the signal be clear – that you sincerely understand their side of things.  Once they see that it is easier for the two of you to agree on something.

You Have to Get Them To Appreciate You

You can now move on with stating your side of the story.  You need to get them to see the merit of your point of view.  One often used method is the 3 F’s.  Feel, Felt and Found method.

“I fully understand how you feel.  I once thought that I was terrible at sales and not in a million years did I think I would be able to answer a sing question that any customer threw at me, but I found that the company trains its downline impeccably.  I wasn’t even allowed to do a presentation until they thought I was ready.  They also teach that it is not about the selling of products, it is finding out how you can help others with those products”.

or

“I get what you are saying.  I also thought the same when I started out on my networking journey.  I thought that only the people above me would get rich and that I would lose my investment.  Then I realised they were personally interested in my development and were willing to help on a one to one basis to be my business up and running.  I was taught everything I needed to know to be successful.  If you put in the work you can be successful. I am grateful to all my upline who have helped me in this way”

So now because you didn’t undermine what your prospect said, they will find it easier to appreciate what you say and mutual appreciation is going to open the door to agreement. This is one of the most efficient ways to close a prospect.

What is a Triop?

What is a Triop?

I had never heard of a Triop and was so intrigued that I had to buy a kit to find out just what these little pond monsters were !!  Mine are just two weeks old at the moment ….. and I have magnified them a little !

Well believe it or not they have been around for 300 million years and they are pronounced “try-ops”.  They are also called Tadpole or Shield Shrimps and they are creatures that biologists often call living fossils for which Triops have truly earned their title.

These little creatures are from around the Triassic period and have witnessed lots of large and spectacular creatures, including seeing dinosaurs come and go !

So what is the secret of their success?  Very simple ….   they are masters of a habitat that has become too tough for many – and that is the temporary pool.  They love shallow puddles that appear when it rains but they dry up very quickly so that causes a problem. The temperatures of these puddles go up and down and then again so do the chemicals in the water.

If you decide to breed these at home you cannot use tap water.  It has to be bottled water and even better rain water if you can collect it in a butt.  You also need to keep them at a room temperature of at least 21 degrees centigrade.

Triops only live for a very short time between 3 and 6 weeks but when I mentioned earlier about what happens when the water in the puddles dries up they leave behind the next generation of eggs which you can then repeat the process.  The eggs are almost invisible measuring around 0.4mm across.

However, there are some top tips listed below through which you can promote your websites visibility in search engines for better results. 

Keep things comprehensible for search engines to crawl 

1.    Alt tags: It is innovative and impressive to have multimedia content on your site but there is a drawback when search engines (SE) comes under consideration as the crawlers can only index text based content. Fortunately, all such multimedia content can be assigned text messages through the alt tags that will be crawled by the spiders.

Below Are Some Tips on How To Create a Strong Profile Using LinkedIn

LinkedIn is a social networking tool for the elite.  Members of LinkedIn are authors, senior level managers, professional speakers, and corporate CEO’s.  LinkedIn is a platform that allows you to connect with powerful people.

By creating a strong LinkedIn profile it will allow you to put yourself in a position of power. You will be viewed as someone on their level, and not as someone who is to be tolerated at arm’s length or completely disregarded altogether. One way of looking at it is to think of LinkedIn as the online country club for which you have to apply for membership.

The first part of a powerful profile is the picture. You need to have a photo, but not just any photo. Have a photo that shows you in a professional manner. I recommend men wear a tie and women wear a professional blouse. Make sure your hair is neat – no wild hair color, or crazy hair styles. You don’t have to pay a professional photographer, but you want a nice picture. You only get one chance to make a first impression. This holds true on the internet.

Make sure you fill in all the information – education and RELEVANT work history – ALL the information. DO NOT LIE! Don’t say you went to college at an Ivy League University when you didn’t graduate from high school. Don’t worry about that. People really connect with the ‘rags to riches’ type stories anyway. On LinkedIn, people are interested in your credentials. Again, this is an elite group of people, and they want to make sure that you are worthy of joining their circle. Yes, that sounds elitist and snobbish, but it’s the truth.

Go out of your way to get recommendations. When you receive a recommendation, you are receiving a stamp of approval for those who may not know you. Have at least 5 recommendations, and get them from the most powerful people in your circle!

One part that is really critical is your summary.  Your summary should be about you. This is the part where you share your story and allow people to get to know you on a personal level. Talk about why you’re on LinkedIn and what your goals are. Let your audience know how you can help them. Your summary should convey that you are worth the time spent reading, and your business is worth the time to explore. Review the summaries of other powerful people in your industry to get ideas for your own.

Along with the summary, join targeted groups. Join groups that are relevant to what you want to do. If you are a network marketer, join groups related to network marketing – affiliate marketing, of at least 5,000 people or more. Imagine you belong to 5 groups that have 5,000 members = 25,000 people. You can share your value with 25,000 people EVERY DAY.  Make sense? ……….

Then there is your Company details – share the benefits of your company, NOT THE OPPORTUNITY ITSELF, but benefits. For Example: If you’re representative for MOBE Products,  instead of saying that you’re a rep for MOBE, you can share the benefits of what you do. You could say you help people to find the opportunity that is right for them if they are looking to work online.

Creating a powerful LinkedIn profile is critical in being viewed as a professional. Don’t miss out on the chance to connect with quality people by creating a profile that is less than worthy of what you deserve.

Below are 6 Tips on How To Be Successful in a Small Business

These days there are so many small businesses that are closing down which quite possibly could have been saved by doing things differently.

In this world of internet and technology things are all changing.  People are changing their habits in how they shop today.  When you think about it the internet has really changed the way that people shop and buy today.  A few years ago you never heard of buying your groceries online and getting them delivered and people are using the internet these days to buy just about anything that they need.  As with online marketers and entrepreneurs we need to keep up with all the changes in the way we market and want our online business to be a success.

If you don’t keep up with the changes in your marketing skills you could quite easily become another statistic on the failure list.

If you want to make 2016 your best ever year then below are a few tips that I would like to share with you to make your small business a success.

1. What Worked and Didn’t Work in 2015

Sit down and make a list of what worked and what didn’t work for you this year.  You may possibly find that you have a larger negative list than a positive list.  If you don’t study then history is going to repeat itself.  Maybe you could have done more marketing or perhaps you weren’t targeting the right market.  Maybe your timing wasn’t right.  Check out what advertising strategies worked best for you and then try and improve them.

2. You Need a Marketing Plan

Yes I know what you are thinking ‘I have heard it all before’ – maybe you think you don’t have the time to sit and write out a couple of pages of plans, or perhaps you don’t know how to but believe me you need this plan.  Make a list of where you are at right at this moment plus what you are earning (if anything!).  

Make a list of your new and old customers.  Write down the number of hours you are working then set yourself some goals of where you want to be in 1 year, 5 years or 10 years even.  Set yourself just three strategies that you want to use to achieve those goals.  It could be social media, email marketing, attraction marketing, doing webinars or perhaps you prefer to work offline, but once you have picked the three to use then implement them and just stick to the three.  Write down what you want to achieve and improve on a monthly basis.

3. Find a Good Mentor

When I started online marketing about 14 years ago I was on my own and I never got any advice from anyone and that is one thing you don’t want.  Find a good mentor and leader and don’t be afraid to ask for advice and if you follow what they tell you then you can’t go wrong.  Make sure it is someone that has been in the same position as you are in and that is now successful.  If you have the funds it is always a good idea to pay for a coach or consultant.  You will be saving yourself a lot of time and money in the long run.

4. Focus on Helping Others

If you are running your business just to be making money then you could run in to big problems, especially if you are just pitching your products that you want to sell.  You need to first focus on your customers and potential customers to find out what their needs are and their problems and goals if they have any and then just focus on how you can help them achieve these things.  If you can help others reach their goals then you will automatically reach your own goals.

5. Keep Your Website Updated

It does not have to be costly to buy and host a domain and by having a website of your own is the most effective way for marketing your business today.  As you will have noticed there is a lot of competition out there so you don’t want to throw together just any basic website.  Make sure you have a great design and if you can, blog daily.  It doesn’t just have to be about what you are selling as people don’t want to read about the same thing every day.  You can blog about your personal life and family to show that you are a real person or perhaps something that is interesting on the news.  As long as you are giving value content on what people want to know that is going to help them then you are well on your way to driving traffic to your site.

6. Make Time For Friends and Family

Don’t try and do everything yourself at once as all work and no play ‘makes Jack a dull boy!’ .  I learnt the hard way !!  Once you are earning an income from your business perhaps you could think about out-sourcing if you find that you are not having the time to blog daily.  You will find some sites that are offering to write articles for you and you can find them as cheap as $5 if you search around.  But obviously you only get what you pay for.  But most of all make sure you HAVE A LIFE as well as a business otherwise you will just get overwhelmed and burn yourself out.

So LEARN ===  TAKE ACTION === GET RESULTS !! – AND make time for family and friends and do something you enjoy doing outside of work while making your small business a success.

            It doesn’t matter how good your video is – if you don’t have the correct keywords then people are not going to find you.  So it is always advisable to do a bit of keyword research and once you have found the keywords, you want try and place the main keyword at the beginning of the title of the video.  Always place your website url at the beginning and end of your description and always use your keyword in the description as well.  Then put your keywords in the tags in speech marks “-“.  Therefore once people start searching for that keyword then they are going to find you and you are more likely to get more views and shares.

3)      Video Length

There is no right or wrong length for a video but I would say that anything from one to four or five minutes is always a good way to start as people’s attention span doesn’t normally last longer than that, especially if it is a video that doesn’t capture your attention, otherwise viewers are not going to listen to the end and that is where you want to give your call to action.

4)      Make It Fun

            Don’t be too serious when making your video.  It is OK to have a bit of a laugh and a joke and just have fun.  I am sure you have seen many videos that have great content and the person making the video will have a bit of a joke to add in which makes them look like a “real” person.  If you are too serious on a video it will show and can often end up not being a good video.  Just be yourself and have fun making those videos.  So if you want to get noticed on YouTube just follow the tips above and subscribe to other peoples channels where you can share their videos which will almost always lead to your videos being shared giving you more exposure to your business.  One of the things people are always wanting to know are the “How To ……….” videos which are likely to get a lot of exposure as I know from experience if I want to know how to do something I go straight to YouTube.
